COVID Information

We are pleased that, following a period of significant reduction in air transport due to COVID-19, an increasing number of airlines are announcing the resumption of air transport. Of course, airlines, airports, and passengers must comply with the instructions in force in each country regarding the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 infections. Airports have specific requirements in accordance with the instructions of countries, the WHO, and IATA, which must be familiarized with and strictly adhered to (by passengers and airport employees).

The following is mandatory at airports:

Wearing masks (depending on the airport/airline: medical or FPP2, timely replacement of masks)
hand disinfection upon arrival at the airport
minimum distance between each other of 1.5 to 2 m
prohibition of gathering in large groups – airports have special arrangements in place – guidance
It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2.5 to 4 hours before departure (depending on the carrier/airline, domestic or intercontinental flights, etc.).
body temperature measurement upon entering the airport or terminal
It is the passenger's responsibility to be well informed about all their obligations (possibly filling out a self-declaration form), the requirements of the countries (through which they are traveling, to which they are traveling or returning), PCR or HAG test requirements, recommended flight check-in (online check-in), various restrictions, etc. Due to current COVID restrictions and requirements, carriers are serving food and beverages to a limited extent.
